During the EVEng power on process, it says "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is not supported on this platform. Continue without virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT?"

With a VT-x supported Intel® Processor and a VT-x supported BIOS, VT-x can be enabled or disabled in BIOS. Refer to your motherboard vendor for exact instructions if the option is not available in BIOS. After switching this feature off, it worked correctly. You can verify your settings with the ones I use. Hope that it helps you to fix the problem. Share Improve this answer Follow

check Bios settings, check vm ware or vm player settings. you can enable "Virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT" in both places bios and vm ware settings. Bios must have it enabled before u can check vmware settings. if that does not work, go to Cisco learning network and post your message in CML sub-forum. 1 Qubes requires access to virtualisation extensions as well as the host OS. You need to make sure that your CPU supports "nested" VT-x as well as normal, and you need to make sure nested virtualisation is enabled in your VMWare workstation as well.
